What excercises can I do to tone my lower stomach? Does anyone have workout video recommendations for this?
You could do reverse sit ups: Lay on your back, and raise both your legs up (straight and held together) to a 45 degree angle.
I don't know any videos that concentrate solely on this (I'm sure they're out there) but most include some lower ab workouts. I really like the SHAPE DVDs, I think they have an ab one.
